What is the Daytime Formula?
Elimidrol Daytime is designed to enhance mood and promote mental and physical comfort, calmness and an overall sense of well-being during the day.
Its formula combines botanicals and amino acids with vitamins and minerals. Ingredients include magnolia bark, Asian ginseng, L-tyrosine, kava, passionflower, lemon balm and St. John’s wort, among others. The vitamins and minerals include vitamin C, B6, B12, magnesium, zinc, copper and potassium.
For the complete ingredient list and forms, open the Ingredients tab on the Daytime product page.
What is the Nighttime Formula?
Elimidrol Nighttime is designed to promote comfort and relaxation in the evening while emphasizing restful sleep.
It shares several ingredients with Daytime, including magnolia bark, kava, passionflower and lemon balm. Nighttime also contains ingredients such as lavender, GABA, 5-HTP, chamomile, valerian and melatonin. Its blend is different from Daytime’s, so the two formulas are not interchangeable.
The Nighttime Ingredients tab contains the full list, including other ingredients.
Should I choose Daytime, Nighttime or both?
- Choose Daytime if you want support for mood, comfort and calmness during the day.
- Choose Nighttime if evening comfort, relaxation and restful sleep are your priority.
- Consider both if you want separate options for daytime and evening use, following the directions for each.
You do not need both to purchase Elimidrol. If you are considering the pair, our guide to using Daytime and Nighttime explains how the formulas fit together.
How do I take Elimidrol?
Mix and use your chosen formula according to its directions. Before starting, read the product’s Directions tab for the mixing instructions, suggested use, tolerance guidance, daily limit and cautions. Do not rely on a general article in place of those instructions.
If you take medication, use other supplements, are pregnant or nursing, or have a health condition, ask a healthcare professional or pharmacist before use. Give them the full ingredient list for the formula or formulas you are considering.
Is Elimidrol a medication?
No. Elimidrol is a dietary supplement, not a medication or a replacement for prescribed treatment. The FDA’s dietary supplement overview explains the distinction and offers general information on supplement use.
