We offer Elimidrol Daytime and Elimidrol Nighttime as separate formulas for those different parts of your day. You can choose one formula or include both, following the directions and cautions for each.
Why use separate daytime and nighttime formulas?
Elimidrol Daytime is designed to enhance mood and promote mental and physical comfort, calmness and overall well-being. Elimidrol Nighttime complements those goals with an emphasis on evening comfort, relaxation and restful sleep.
The formulas share several ingredients, but they are not identical. Nighttime includes melatonin, chamomile and valerian. Daytime includes its own combination of botanicals and amino acids, along with vitamins and minerals.
What is in each formula?
Elimidrol Daytime
The Daytime proprietary blend contains 4,576 mg per serving across the C3-K Augmented Formula and Enhanced E7b Formula. Ingredients include magnolia bark, N-acetyl-L-cysteine, DL-phenylalanine, Asian ginseng, L-tyrosine, gotu kola, hops, oat bran, kava, milk thistle, passionflower, lemon balm, ginger and St. John’s wort.
Daytime’s vitamins and minerals total 359 mg per serving and include vitamin C, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, magnesium, zinc, copper and potassium. This is a combined total, not an amount assigned to every nutrient.

Elimidrol Nighttime
The Nighttime proprietary blend contains 5,157 mg per serving across the [XKJ]-5 Formula and Y90 Advanced Formula. Ingredients include magnolia bark, N-acetyl-L-cysteine, lavender, GABA, ginger, hops, kava, 5-HTP, chamomile, passionflower, valerian, lemon balm and melatonin.

How to fit the formulas into your day
Choose the part of the day you want to support
Decide whether you want daytime comfort and calmness, evening relaxation, or both.
For example, someone interested in daytime support may choose Daytime on its own. Someone primarily interested in evening comfort and restful sleep may choose Nighttime. If both purposes matter to you, the Day + Night option lets you purchase the two formulas together.
Follow the directions for each formula
Both products are powders mixed with water. Read the Directions tab on each product page before use, including the mixing instructions, tolerance guidance and stated daily limit. Keep the containers clearly identified so you use the intended formula.
Do not assume that using two formulas allows you to exceed the directions. If you are uncertain about using both with another supplement or medication, ask your healthcare professional or pharmacist to review the complete ingredient lists.
Pay attention to your own response
Notice how you respond and follow the product cautions, including guidance about alertness and activities.
Ask a healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant or nursing, take medication or have a health condition. If you experience an unwanted reaction, stop use and seek appropriate advice.

Do I have to buy both?
No. Each formula is available individually. Choose the one that matches your needs, or choose both if you want separate daytime and evening options.
Are the formulas interchangeable?
No. They share some ingredients, but the blends differ. Nighttime includes melatonin and other ingredients that distinguish it from Daytime. Use the product you intended to select and follow its directions.
How many servings are in a container?
Each container provides 28 one-scoop servings. How long it lasts depends on use within the product directions.
